Our role

Untapped Asset provides domain offer pages and private enquiries. We do not act as the seller, hold funds, provide escrow or carry out domain transfers. Sending an enquiry or proposed amount does not complete a purchase.

What is being offered?

The offer concerns the domain name only unless the seller expressly agrees otherwise. Websites, software, customer lists, intellectual property and operating businesses are not included by default. Prices and availability are set by the seller and should be confirmed directly.

Artwork and possible uses

Artwork may be generated by AI or supplied by the seller. Artwork and suggested uses are illustrative: they do not establish an existing business, income, valuation, market demand, trademark clearance or suitability for a particular purpose.

Before agreeing a transaction

Buyers and sellers should independently check domain ownership, third-party rights, registrar restrictions and the agreed assets. Agree the price, currency, applicable taxes and fees, payment method, transfer procedure and any cancellation or refund conditions in writing. Consider an independent escrow service where appropriate.

Using enquiries responsibly

Provide accurate contact details and send genuine enquiries. Do not send spam, impersonate others, upload unlawful material or disclose information you do not have permission to share. Sellers are responsible for their statements, supplied artwork and responses.

Privacy and contact

Our privacy notice explains how enquiries are stored and shared. Report concerns or request assistance at hello@brightsidetech.net.
